Tripper Car Conveyor

The Tripper Car Conveyor is propelled by the driving wheels of the driving device. This causes the tripper car to move along the track of the conveyor frame or corridor, allowing the materials being conveyed to fall into the unloading hopper located on the body of the tripper car. The tripper car can unload the materials at any point along the middle of the conveyor, and the unloading cross-section is typically triangular in shape. Essentially, the tripper car is able to move back and forth along the conveyor track, allowing for efficient material unloading and transportation.

The essential components of a tripper car include the frame, pulley group, roller group, driving device, traveling wheel group, and funnel. The unloading trolley has the option of utilizing double-side or single-side unloading mode depending on the conveying process.
